Certificates are typically available for download once completion has been confirmed. If you are taking one of our certified trainings, such as the Modern Certified Classroom Trainer (MCCT) and our CertNexus AI courses, those certificates and badges are usually available in a few business days from Choice | Logical Operations. You will receive notification directly from them.
Are your courses approved for continuing education?

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase only if the course has not been started. Once a course has been started, refunds are not available. Digital course products are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Courses hosted by CertNexus are refundable, less a 25% administrative charge of the course’s regular price, provided the Access Code has not been redeemed. Once an Access Code has been redeemed, no refunds are available.
