    Frequently Asked Questions

#1. If I change my mind about completing your course(s) can I receive a refund?

Course refunds are offered within 24 hours to clients who have not yet started their course or courses.

#2. I downloaded your ebook or course documentation. Can I return it for a refund?

No. Downloaded content or other digital products are considered a final sale. No refunds or returns are available.

#3. I am a licensed cosmetologist, nail tech or barber in another state. Can I take your BeautyCE course for credit?

We are currently approved in Ohio* (renewal pending) and Georgia (renewal pending) for Cosmetologists and Barbers, Nevada* and North Dakota* for Instructors. You may enroll in our courses and receive a certificate of completion, but because Altogether Learning Academy may not be an approved CE provider for your state, CE credits may not be applicable. Check with your state to learn if they will accept the CE credits.

*All standard license holders may take our course, but will not receive CE credits unless otherwise stated, including Ohio, Georgia, Nevada, and North Dakota.

#4. Will I receive a certificate of completion for your course?

Everyone who completes any of our courses and passes the quiz will receive a certificate.

#5. How do I get my certificate?

Certificates are available for immediate download to your device upon completion of the course requirements. Certificates are designed in full color and are suitable for framing.

#6. Are the Altogether Learning Academy or Altogether Marketing LLC courses accredited?

Our beauty and barber scope of practice courses have been vetted and previously approved for continuing education (CE) credits in the states of Ohio, Nevada, Georgia, and North Dakota.

Regarding our mainstream courses, we are investigating organizations that offer certification or other accreditation-type microcredentials.
