North Dakota Standard Licensee Savvy Cosmetologist and Barber Entrepreneurship Course

Upon completion of this (4) four-hour course standard licensees, will strengthen their communications skills in customer service, pricing services, creating service specials, hosting events, producing a promotional video, understanding the importance of retail: value of products, research professional products, choose the right products to retail, using professional email, email marketing the legal way to promote products and service and use social media and technology to promote their business. Additionally, participants will be able to implement the guiding principles of a business owner.
