The “Ohio Savvy Cosmetologist Entrepreneurship Course” is a three-hour continuing education course that covers customer service, communications, management, marketing including retailing in the business. Users will develop or enhance competencies in basic knowledge and how-to, in the aforementioned categories, relevant to the growth and quality of their practice. This course is open to all licensees including shop owners, employees and booth renters. Although the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board has suspended additional hour requirements, this course is still available to enhance your scope of practice.
