The “Sage Barber Small Business Management Course” is a three-hour continuing education course that covers customer service, communications, management, marketing including retailing in the business. Users will develop or enhance competencies in basic knowledge and how-to, in the aforementioned categories, relevant to the growth and quality of their practice. The course is open to Ohio Barbers including shop owners, employees and chair renters. Although the Ohio State Cosmetology and Barber Board has suspended additional hour requirements, this course is still available to enhance your scope of practice.
